Anthony Head Anthony Head lives in Austin and has more than 15 years experience in writing and editing consumer publications. His career began in earnest in Chicago as the founder of The Paper, a political and cultural monthly. After relocating to Los Angeles, he spent more than eight years as a nutrition columnist and staff editor at Bon Appétit. As a freelancer, Anthony has traveled the world and written for scores of national and international publications on topics as diverse as Haunted Hotels in California to the wines of Argentina to why Hank Williams the Third is the best damn country musician in the USA.
